The Service

1. The Service is a web application that lives under drivinglicense.pl domain.
2. Purchasing a subscription gives you access to The Service.
3. The Service helps you study for the theoretical Polish state driving exam.
4. The Service provides an intuitive way to learn the Polish Road Traffic Law. It annotates some of the media provided with the questions with useful information. These annotations mostly include road sign explanations.
5. It also helps you keep track of your progress during the learning process. Your progress is stored on the cloud and is stored as long as your account is active.
6. The website runs well on Desktop and Mobile phones.
7. The Service also simulates the state driving theoretical exam and let you take mock-exams to practice.
8. The service allows you to mark some questions as "tough" to study them later.

Subscription terms

1. Subscriptions are to be used by the subscriber alone. And must not be transferred to other people.
2. Subscriptions can only be extended before their expiry. After expiry period, a new subscription must be created.
3. Subscriptions will only be activated after DrivingLicense.pl is paid in full.

Your data

1. We will never use your data for any purpose outside operating the application. We won't send marketing emails. We won't sell any personal information that is yours for any reason.
2. We'll delete all your personal information after your subscription expires. If you want to renew the subscription after it expires, you'll lose all the data.
3. We'll indefinitely keep records of the questions you marked as “tough” without attaching this information to your identity.
4. We'll indefinitely keep records of the questions you answer correctly or incorrectly, without attaching this information to your identity.

Subscription Costs

1. The subscription is provided in two terms:

1. 1-month subscription of unlimited usage that costs 10 PLN.
   This subscription includes all our features listed under the pricing section.
2. 3-months subscription of unlimited usage that costs 19 PLN.
   This subscription includes all our features listed under the pricing section.

1. Cancelling the subscription can be done within 14 days from the date of purchase. And can be done by contacting customer support.

Supported Browsers

To access the service, you need a modern major browser that is updated not longer than 6-months ago. Major means the browser has at least 1% of the market share according to StatCounter.
